The Michigan eLibrary is Michigan’s virtual library. This service of the Library of Michigan, developed with the participation of Michigan libraries, is designed to offer every library and resident of the state equitable and easy-to-use access to a core set of information resources.
MeL resources include the following:
MeL Catalog - a statewide catalog, interlibrary loan and delivery service.
MeL Databases - commercial databases purchased by the Library of Michigan for all Michigan residents.
MeL Digital Collections - a growing selection of digitized resources including manuscripts, realia, and other objects.
MeL Internet, a collection of Internet links organized by subject and selected by librarians who are experts in their topic areas.
